Not every MMO is sophisticated enough to have its own housing system.  However, Tales Runner improves on this concept even more by introducing the "Farm System".  Essentially, it is a unique place where players can decorate their own personal space with items bought through the shop or won through races and events.  Players can also invite their friends to their farm or visit other farms throughout Tales Land.
